SANDRA BULLOCK MAKES MOVIE HISTORY

The Blind Side has become the first female-led movie in history to break $200 million mark domestically. In it's 7th week in release, the film has reached $208.5 million. The film actually rose 10% over the last weekend, which is unheard of for a film that's been in theatres that long, and according to Dan Fellman of Warner Bros, it's got plenty of life left. The closest total for a female driven movie is Erin Brockovich, led by Julia Roberts, which brought in $125.6 then Devil Wears Prada with Meryl Streep with 124.7 million. It was a big year for Bullock with her romantic comedy The Proposal bringing in $164 million domestically. She's also probably going to be nominated for an Oscar for The Blind Side. Go, Sandra.[source]
