NEW MADONNA DEMOS LEAKED!!!

More unreleased Madonna songs have leaked onto the net. It's a bonanza lately. I wonder if she is leaking them so Warner can't use them now that she is not with them anymore? Whatever. I don't care why, just keep 'em coming!
Here is:

Little Girl, recorded during the sessions for the Music album.

Madonna - Little Girl by María Verónica

Set the Right, recorded during the American Life sessions. Apparently the actual name of the song is To the Left, To the Right.

GLEE RETURNS WITH BIG, BIG NUMBERS

Glee debuted it's second season last night and turns out people tuned in like cri-zazy!! The second season starter drew 12.3 million viewers, up 20% from last years already highly successful debut. Wow!! Guess America is in love with Glee as much as I am. The opener introduced a new female football coach (Ms. Biest, "it's French") as a rival for Sue Sylvester, a hunky new quarterback with gigantic lips (CSLs I like to call them. Figure it out), an exchange student from the Philippines named Sunshine who can sing her ass off (pop singer Charice), and some HILARIOUS lines from the dimwitted Brittany ("stop the violence" & "I kinda wanted to touch her boobs" stand out to me). Sue was in rare form from the get-go and is as outrageous as ever. And of course, there was music galore from pop to Broadway to Jay-Z. Next week is going to be another major ep that will center around our beloved Brittany featuring all Britney Spears music. YEAH!!!! Can't wait. Anyhoo, below is the first episode of Season 2 in it's entirety. Enjoy it or you are a loser.[source]

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JOAN JETT!!

The girl with the "bad reputation" is 52 today! Seems like only yesterday my sister and I were pantomiming to I Love Rock and Roll (you know, putting another dime in the juke box) and now Joan is 52? How's that possible. Oh, cuz I'm old as shit. Anyway, Joan is still rockin' it hard and looking fierce. Here is some classic Jett for ya to munch on this afternoon. Enjoy her, whores!

KAT GRAHAM FROM VAMPIRE DIARIES RELEASES PAULA ABDUL COVER AND VIDEO

Watch the gorgeous witch from Vamprie Diaires (which is killing it this season BTW) doing her thang in the video for her Paula Abdul sort-of cover which is re-titled Cold Hearted Snake. Go girl! She is really excellent on the show and her dancing is pretty good. As far as the voice, it's hard to tell because of the auto-tune. We'll have to wait and see.

ALEXANDRA BURKE AT SECOND WEEK AT #1 ON THE UK SINGLES CHART

One of my fave Brit pop singers, former X Factor winner Alexandra Burke, has another hit on her hand with the lead single, Start Without You, from the upcoming repackaged rerelease of her album Overcome. Hopefully this is all a hype up to a US release. This girl is FIERCE!!!! Now this song is not my fave of hers (see Bad Boys and Broken Heels for that), but it's a goodie. Check it out below.

FLASHBACK: BELINDA CARLISLE - I GET WEAK

Belinda Carlisle, she of the gravely voice and big boobies, was a bona fide star in the 80s. Coming off her success with the Go-Go's, Carlisle immediatlely had hits with Mad About You, Band of Gold and perhaps her best known mega-hit Heaven Is A Place On Earth, but for my money her best song is still I Get Weak. The song is just great. The lyrics are about how she gets all weak and shizz around this hunky guy, played by the AMAZY HOT Tony Ward (soon to be Madonna's boyfriend in real life) in the video, directed by Diane Keaton. This song has another Madonna connection too as Donna DeLory, Madonna's backup singer/dancer since the 80s, sings backup for Belinda. The song was a big hit, reaching #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the winter of 1988. Anyhoo, the song and video are bananas and you just need to shut up and watch. Enjoy I Get Weak.

MADONNA FRIDAY: BROKEN (I'M SORRY)

Another unreleased Madonna demo, Broken (I'm Sorry), has recently leaked on the good ol' net. The song was mentioned by Paul Oakenfold, who produced the track Celebration, and was said to be another track recorded for the compilation Celebration. Broken (I'm Sorry) sees Madge talking about the things that have been hard for her, but telling her listener not to feel sorry for her. She's alright, y'all!! It's much in the same clubby vibe as Celebration and contains some lyrics that were used in Miles Away (Just woke up from a fuzzy dream...) from the Hard Candy album, which makes me think it was written first and put aside. Anyhoo, here is the full, leaked version for you to enjoy...and you will. Madonna presents Broken (I'm Sorry). Better than most people actually release.

LADY GAGA PULLS HER MEAT OUT FOR VOGUE HOMMES JAPAN

And it's considerable. Ha. Gaga has PETA in an uproar with her latest photoshoot by Terry Richardson for Vogue Hommes Japan in which she is wearing a meat-kini. Shocking? Yes. Fierce? Definitely. Tasteful? Eh. PETA is coming out strong against the Paparazzi singer with their president, Ingrid Newkirk, stating:
"No matter how beautifully it is presented, flesh from a tortured animal is flesh from a tortured animal. Meat represents bloody violence and suffering, so if that's the look they were going for, they achieved it
."
While I agree that meat is usually produced in a less than humane way, did anyone ask if this was real meat? It probably is, but just in case..... Anyway, Gaga is always up for a shocker, so expect more covers that are even more TA-DAH than this.

MADONNA FRIDAY: IF YOU GO AWAY

Madonna was working on a musical back around 2003 that never happened called Hello Suckers. Some of the songs that ended up on Hard Candy were from that project, such as 4 Minutes and The Devil Wouldn't Recognize You. The song If You Go Away, a pretty, simple ballad, was to be a part of that show. Actually a cover of a French song called No Me Quitte Pas, the song is about not wanting a lover to leave. I really like Madonna's voice on it. I miss her ballads. Sad face. All right, anyway, enjoy. LISTEN!

9/02/10 IS FINALLY HERE!!!!

The date we've all been waiting for since the teens of Beverly Hills hit the small screen is finally here. 90210 gets it's 9/02/10!!! Here is a nostalgic look at the opening credits for the original series Beverly Hills 90210. Enjoy it and help Donna graduate!!! So what if she got drunk at prom.

SONG OF THE DAY: THIS GROOVE - VICTORIA BECKHAM

I know, you are judging me already aren't you? Victoria Beckham? YES!!! Deal with it and just LISTEN FOR GAWD'S SAKE! This song is awesome. This Groove was the fourth single released by the artist formerly known as Posh and was a double A-side with a song called Let Your Head Go (also awesome with a hilarious video showing Vicki's fun side). The songs together charted at #3 on the UK singles chart and stayed on for eight weeks. Not too shabby. The song samples Don't Disturb This Groove, a big 80s hit by The System (again, awesome). This Groove was the first in what was supposed to be an album full of more urban music for Victoria, but her record company wanted her to release an already completed album of dance music. She refused and both projects were shelved, basically ending her music career as a solo artist. Boo!!! The dance record has since leaked (here) and it's pretty damn good too!! Anyhoo, the video for This Groove is basically Posh posing and being sassy on and under a bed. She looks HAWT! Give it a spin. You'll like it.

MORE FUN STUFF: UNRELEASED MADONNA DEMOS AND SONGS

I Can't Forget is a song written by David Foster that was to be included on the Something To Remember album of Madonna's ballads. The song was not used, but the track recently leaked and it's beautiful! Check it out below.

Madonna - I Can't Forget (Full HQ Unreleased Demo) by madonnaradio

Across the Sky is (obviously) from the Hard Candy sessions (hence the Justin vocals) and honestly, I don't know whey they didn't use it for the albu. It's a really good song.

Across The Sky (Unreleased Hard Candy) by getmadonna

Revenge was recorded during the Ray of Light sessions and was rumored to be for a Bond movie. It also was thought to be revived as a single for Confessions of a Dancefloor, but that didn't happen either. Sophie Ellis-Bextor has apparently recorded it for her upcoming album. It's pretty cool.

Madonna - Revenge (Go Get Em Radio Mix) (Unreleased Song) by Gary30

A bonus track on Celebration, It's So Cool is an upbeat dance track as released, but the song was originally written for the American Life album and is a acoustic guitar track. Listen, beyotches!

MADONNA: It's So Cool (2002 Demo) by hardcandymusic

Madonna should totally put out an album of unreleased, rare and b-side tracks for her fans.
