TIME TO RUIN "WE ARE THE WORLD" FOR A NEW GENERATION

Oh, boy. This idea stinks of Mariah Carey's under-boob food storage unit. Quincy Jones is joining forces with Lionel Richie (because the two of them have had so many hits lately) to record an updated (aka HORRIFIC) new version of the classic 80s USA for Africa hit We Are the World (which I will be referring to as We AREN'T the World from now on) to benefit Haiti. The original song featured such stars as Michael Jackson, Richie, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dillon, Willie Nelson, Cyndi Lauper and of course, the biggest star EVER, LaToya Jackson. No, for real. She was actually included!! Some of the new choices that most closely resemble LaToya are Usher, John Legend and Natalie Cole. A music video will accompany this travesty. At least it's for a good cause. I can hardly wai......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz [source]
