LADY GAGA ANSWERS BACK AT EX-MANAGER/BOYFRIEND SUING HER

Lady Gaga's ex-manager/boyfriend, Rob Fusari, who is suing her for $30.5 million saying that he created her image, name and is owed royalties for songwriting, and that he got her a record deal. Gaga's lawyers are on it. They say the "agreement" at the heart of the lawsuit is unlawful. In his response Lady Gaga's lawyer Charles Ortner wrote that the arrangement was "structured in such a way as to mask its true purpose - to provide to the defendants unlawful compensation for their services as unlicensed employment agents." Fusari is claiming is is owed 20 percent of the profits from a joint venture he and Gaga created called Team Love Child LLC. Ortner also added Fasari was "acting as employment agents without a license and charging Lady Gaga an unlawful fee for their purported services." You HAVE to have the proper licensing in order to act as an agent. Fusari's lawyer is claiming that he was not an agent but a partner. Well either way, it doesn't really take anyting away from Gaga as a star, but I don't think she owes him 20 percent of anything! That's a ludicrous fee if you ask moi. GAGAGAGAGAGA! [source]
