Madonna showing up to anyplace is an event, but when she shows up to a Broadway show it's a super-duper-gay event! Yesterday, March 18th, Madonna went to see Fela!, a musical inspired by Afro-beat legend Fela Kuti (I know. I thought it too when I heard the name "Feel a cooter". I'm 12) Anyhooooooo, of course everyone was probably craning their necks to get a gander at Madge (who didn't exactly get gussied up to see the show, btw), which is every stage performers nightmare. Ha. Broadway.com also points out some trivia. Lilias White, who is in the show, was a backup singer on the Madonna single Rescue Me from the Immaculate Collection.
