One of my all-time favorite singers and lesbians, k.d. lang is turning 48 today! I love k.d. and her songs have soothed me in many a rough time......and roughed me in many a soothed time. You figure that out. She's been an icon in the gay movement and really achieved her greatest success after coming out. So here's to you, k.d.!! Have a wonderful birthday.
