Clash of the Titans, one of my fave movies from the 80s that used the old stop-motion animation, is getting a high-tech remake. Now the old one is really, really good and has stars to spare (Laurence Olivier, Maggie Smith, Ursula Andress, Harry Hamlin) but I have to admit that some of the special FX are a little dated now. Well VERY dated. I was amazed by them as a kid though. IT'S AMAZY!! The remake is coming out in 2010 and, of course, will have computer animation galore. I only hope it doesn't lose the heart and soul of the original. Here is the trailer for the 2010 production followed by the original trailer for the 1981 movie. Harry Hamlin was H-O-T!! Enjoy!!
