Looks like Carrie Underwood is going to continue her streak of #1 albums! Billboard is reporting that her new album Play On (my review is very enlightening) will sell in excess of 300,000 copies in it's first week. Her last album, Carnival Ride, opened at the top spot with 527,000 and went on to sell 2.98 million. Her first album, Some Hearts, was the fastest selling country album in Billboard history and has sold over 7 million copies. WHAT??? HOLY CRAP!!! Carrie sells some albums, y'all!!
