HEATHER LOCKLEAR STILL CAN'T DRIVE

Heather Locklear does not need to be behind the wheel of a car. Already on "informal probation" (what is that?) after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor reckless driving charge in January 2009 which was a deal to get her out of a 2008 DUI charge (jeesh!), Locklear was cited for a hit-and-run this past Saturday at 4 AM. Apparently a loud crash was reported near Heather's Westlake Village home, police were called, and there investigation found that "somebody" had run up on the curve and knocked over a no-parking sign. Locklear was driving her BMW that night and the police found signs of damage on the vehicle. Guess she was looking for somewhere to park. Innocent enough, right? No. Blair Berk, Locklear's attorney, told the Ministry in a statement: "Ms. Locklear was cited with a misdemeanor traffic ticket as she is the registered owner of the vehicle. She was never taken into custody. The matter is still being looked into as it is not yet clear who was driving the vehicle." Maybe she was driving from an audition. YEAH, RIGHT! [source]
