ANGRY AUSTRALIANS STORM OUT OF BRITNEY SPEARS' CONCERT

Fans (or ex-fans) in Perth started leaving Brit's concert after only a half-hour when they realized that they weren't getting their money's worth. Fans were complaining of her lip syncing and her disinterest in the audience. They also felt that using the giant screens to show images of circuses instead of closeups of the pop tart was pretty lame in deed. One fan, Maria Carmody, told the newspaper Spears looked like "a little dot on the stage". This all comes a day after the NSW Fair Trade Minister Virginia Judge stated that singers should have to fess up if they are not going to sing live in their concerts, thus letting the concert goers decide if they want to pay big bucks for such a performance. Brit Brit is just starting her tour Down Under with 14 more shows yet to go. There were, of course, many many fans who stayed and enjoyed the show, and it's no secret Britney does not sing live in her shows, so I assume most people knew ahead of time what they were getting into. What do you think? Are people paying to hear Britney sing or paying for he spectacle of the show? I certainly understand expecting a "singer" to sing live, but Britney is no Barbra Streisand, is she?
