Another singer is making a stab at acting. Sheryl Crow, a good friend of Courtney Cox, will guest star on Cougar Town as the new love interest of Courtney's character's ex-husband. No word yet on how many episodes Crow will appear in, but I'm sure they'll write her some good stuff. She is a sexy minx in her 40s, so she'll fit in just fine too.
