After ten years away from the charts, Sade's new, amazy album Soldier of Love (which I reviewed here) is expected to debut in the #1 position on the Billboard 200. Sources are expecting between 375,000 and 400,000 in it's first week. Remarkably this will only be Sade's second #1 album, the first being 1986's Promise. Sade, with lead singer Sade Adu, is currently making the promotional rounds on tv, including Letterman, Ellen, The View, Jimmy Kimmel and Wanda Sykes. Love her and love the album.
