Golden Girl Rue McClanahan has passed away at the age of 76 of a stroke while recovering from bypass surgery this morning. Rue is best known perhaps for her role as Blanche Deveraux on the Golden Girls, but has been working on stage and in Hollywood since the late 1950s. Rue will always be remembered and loved.
