Lady Gaga is helping launch MAC VIVA GLAM in Japan with a one-of-a-kind performance. On a special piano inspired by VIVA GLAM built by artist Terence Koh, Gaga does what she does best, being fierce, weird and putting on a show for her fans. Watch her make her way through a short section of Speechless and then tearing up Alejandro and Bad Romance, in this black and white short film. Gaga rules.
