NEW VIDEO: WILL.I.AM ft. BRITNEY SPEARS - SCREAM AND SHOUT

I'm not sure this actually qualifies as a song, but the video is pretty. Here is the clip for the new single Scream and Shout. Do with it what you will. I'm not thrilled. Total waste of a perfectly good Britney. Why is she lipsyncing someone else's British accent though?
