VAN HALEN SIGNED WITH INTERSCOPE. RELEASING NEW ALBUM WITH DAVID LEE ROTH

Big news for Van Halen fans, not so much for "Van Hagar". The original frontman, David Lee Roth, is back with the band and they are releasing new music pretty soon. The bands last album with Roth was their mega-hit 1984, after which he Roth left the group in 1985 for a short-lived, but successful solo career. Sammy Hagar then took over for what was the bands most successful time on the charts, but in-fighting eventually forced him out as well. The band's new deal with Interscope is supposed to be finalized sometime this week and, although conflicting reports argue, an announcement will possibly be made at the Grammy nominations concert on November 30th. I wonder if they'll be able to recapture that Van Halen magic from '84. We'll see. Now, go ahead and JUMP!
