Vogue!!!!!! This song changed music (and my life) the day it came out!! An undeniable pop classic, one of Madonna's most successful singles, and with glamour running out of it's ass, Vogue was originally released in 1990 on the album I'm Breathless (Music from and inspired by the film Dick Tracy). Vogue was written originally to be a B-side for the single Keep It Together from Like a Prayer. Shep Pettibone and Madge wrote it, but the record company thought it was too good to be a B-Side and so they included on the I'm Breathless album, adding in the middle spoken part about classic movie stars to tie-in with the theme of the album. I think anyone worth their salt knows that part of Vogue. If you don't, you must be a deaf nerd. The song reached No. 1 on the Hot 100 and also reached No. 1 in 30 countries. It was a record at the time for Madonna. (Since taken over by Hung Up which hit No. 1 in 45 countries). The video is thought by many to be one of Madonna's greatest. Shot in black and white with bright, beautiful lighting, Madonna and her dancers "vogue" and dance their way through several setups inspired by 1930s Hollywood and the Art deco artist Tara de Lempicka. The song and video are, dare I say, pop masterpieces that have really stood the test of time. They sound and look as fresh today as they did 20 years ago. Enjoy the video for Vogue and the showstopping performance from the MTV awards that year.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MEL B.
Scary Spice herself, Melanie Brown, is 34 today. Mel has had a resurgence of sorts since starring on Dancing with the Stars, starring in a Vegas show and reportedly working on a new album. Her 2000 album Hot was horribly ignored. It was essentially a really good Janet Jackson album that Janet never made. Watch below for a couple of good tracks from that cd. Anyway, happy birthday and continued success, Mel. You'll always be Scary Spice to me.

MADONNA FRIDAY: HOLIDAY
Since I'm on holiday this Madonna Friday, why not revisit the very first charting Madge single, Holiday!!!!!! Reaching #16 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #2 on the UK charts, it was the very first taste of Madonna for the general, non-club centric public. Before this single, Madonna had only impacted the dance music charts with Burning Up, Everybody and Physical Attraction, but after this single it was a whole different story. Holiday is a signature tune for Madonna and she still performs it to much joy at her shows. As a matter of fact, in a 2005 interview Madonna admitted that Holiday was her favorite of all of her songs. So there ya go. Below is perhaps one of the most iconic performances of the song in concert from the 1990 Blond Ambition Tour. This clip was used to promote the movie Truth or Dare on MTV. Enjoy Holiday while I enjoy mine.

SNEAK PEEK: KYLIE MINOGUE'S VIDEO "ALL THE LOVERS"
I'm already obsessed with the song, and now the video has a sneak peek that has me...well....excited. Watch the uber sexual clip from All the Lovers below. You can buy the song starting June 13th.
HOPE YOU DIDN'T BUY YOUR CHRISTINA AGUILERA TICKETS YET....
Cause she ain't going on tour no more. Christina Aguilera has announced that her summer tour has been cancelled to (supposedly) give her more time to rehearse and get it right. Some are saying poor ticket sales are more likely the culprit. Originally scheduled to kick off in July, the tour promoters, Live Nation, have pushed back the dates to 2011. Her spokesperson made the following statement:
"The singer felt she needed more time to rehearse the show and with less than a month between the album release and tour date this wasn’t possible."
K. If you DID buy tickets already, and you may be the only one apparently, you can get a full refund at your point of purchase. [source]

NEW RIHANNA VIDEO: ROCKSTAR 101
Rihanna is releasing yet another video from her excellent Rated R album, Rockstar 101. What starts off with an almost naked Rihanna writhing around in black and white to the chant of "I told you. I told you, baby" moves into a glam rock band jamming on guitars and Travis Barker on drums. RiRi dresses up like Slash and more! Now caet her to release Fire Bomb or The Last Song? Those are the two best songs on Rated R and I have a feeling we aren't going to get videos for EITHER!!! Oh well, I'll take what I can get from RiRi.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LESLIE UGGAMS. YOU HAVE THE BEST BLOOPER EVER!
Actress and singer Leslie Uggams is 66 today. Leslie has worked succesfully for about 50 years in entertainment, but to me it all comes down to one shining moment of OOPS!!! on the Capitol lawn in Washington DC some time ago. She was supposed to have tele-prompters to help her with the words of June Is Bustin' Out All Over, but alas..... well, just watch one of the most hilarious bloopers in singing history. She keeps going like a true professional though. Happy birthday, Leslie!! [image]

SEAN HAYES PREPARES TO HOST THE TONY AWARDS
Promises Promises star and Tony nominee Sean Hayes (Will & Grace) has been tapped to host the 2010 Tony Awards. Sean was one of the actors singled out in the article by that self-loathing queen Ramin Setoodeh in his ignorant article about why gay actors supposedly can't play straight. Anyway, NOBODY is too gay for the Tony Awards, so Sean has nothing to worry about there. Sean says, "I am absolutely thrilled to be hosting the Tony Awards. As the new guy on Broadway, it's an honor to be included in the established alumni." Sean is nominated for Lead Actor in a Musical for his role in Promises Promises. The Tonys will air on CBS Sunday, June 13th. [source][image]
LADY GAGA LOVES THE RUMORS ABOUT HER HAVING A PENIS
In a recent interview on French tv, Gaga explains why she loves the rumors that were going around about her being a hermaphrodite. She explains:
"I love the rumor that I have a penis. I'm fascinated by it. In fact, it makes me love my fans even more that this rumor is in the world because 17,000 of them come to an arena every night and they don't care if i'm a man, a woman, a hermaphrodite, gay, straight, transgendered, or transsexual. They don't care! They are there for the music and the freedom. This has been the greatest accomplishment of my life- to get young people to throw away what society has taught them is wrong. Gay culture is at the very essence of who I am and I will fight for women and for the gay community until I die."
Unless you have never read this blog before, you know that I LOVE Gaga and everything she stands for. Any other artist would freak out if these types of things were being said about them, but not our girl Gaga. She is an inspiration. [source][image]

BRITTANY MURPHY'S HUSBAND FOUND DEAD
Brittany Murphy's husband, screen writer Simon Monjack, was under a lot of scrutiny after her death, deserved or not. Many of Murphy's friends claimed he was a bad influence on her and it was reported that he had shacked up with Brittany's mom. Well she was the one who found him lying unconscious in the Hollywood Hills home he once shared with Brittany. She called emergency services and it's believed he suffered a cardiac arrest. Monjack was pronounced dead at the scene. He was 39 years old. [source and image]

MADONNA ASKS YOU TO HELP HER PROMOTE EQUALITY IN MALAWI
Madonna's statement condemning the sentencing of the two gay men in Malawi was strong and to the point, now she is asking you to add your name to her condemnation. Click HERE to sign the letter of support for equality. Here is the contents of the letter. Please sign and help in the cause for these poor men.
"I am shocked and saddened by the decision made this week by the Malawian court, which sentenced two innocent men to prison.
As a matter of principle, I believe in equal rights for all people, no matter what their gender, race, color, religion, or sexual orientation.
This week, Malawi took a giant step backward. The world is filled with pain and suffering; therefore, we must support our basic human right to love and be loved.
I call upon the progressive men and women of Malawi—and around the world—to challenge this decision in the name of human dignity and equal rights for all.

MADONNA CONDEMNS SENTENCING OF GAY COUPLE IN MALAWI
The White House has condemed the sentencing of two gay men in Malawi to 14 years in prison with hard labor for "gross indecency" and "unnatural acts" for having an engagement ceremony in late December. MORE IMPORTANTLY, Madonna has joined in that condemnation. Madonna has been working in Malawi for a number of years, and both of her adopted children are from the country. Up until now, Madonna has not spoken out about this injustice, but her silence is broken. She made this statement:
"I am shocked and saddened by the decision made today by the Malawian court, which sentenced two innocent men to prison. As a matter of principle, I believe in equal rights for all people, no matter what their gender, race, color, religion, or sexual orientation. Today, Malawi took a giant step backward. The world is filled with pain and suffering; therefore, we must support our basic human right to love and be loved. I call upon the progressive men and women of Malawi—and around the world—to challenge this decision in the name of human dignity and equal rights for all."
Well put. Madonna has been a champion for gay rights since the beginning of her career and has credited the gay community for her rise to fame on many occasions. Her support on this issue is of importance, not just because she is the Queen of Everything, but because of her work with the children in Malawi and with the fight against HIV/AIDS in Africa.
The White House released a statement through Press Secretary Robert Gibbs:
"The United States strongly condemns the conviction and harsh sentencing of Steven Monjeza and Tiwonge Chimbalanga in Malawi. The criminalization of sexual orientation and gender identity is unconscionable, and this case mars the human rights record of Malawi. We urge Malawi and all countries to stop using sexual orientation or gender identity as the basis for arrest, detention, or execution."[source][image]

LILY ALLEN WINS THREE PRESTIGIOUS IVOR NOVELLO AWARDS
I certainly hope this convinces Lily to make another record sooner than later. After announcing that she will be taking time off from her recording career for a while, Lily Allen was honored with THREE Ivor Novello awards honoring British musicians. Lily and her songwriting partner, Greg Kurstin, won for most performed work and best song musically and lyrically for The Fear. Lily said about the song, "this song is so much about feeling so lost. It has made me feel quite found all of a sudden." The pair also picked up an award for songwriters of the year. Lily really deserves this recognition. Her music is catchy, meaningful and clever. Good for you, Lily. Now don't leave us!!!! Watch the video for the award wining The Fear below.
MADONNA FRIDAY: KEEP IT TOGETHER
The 6th and final single off of the Like a Prayer album, Keep It Together. The very first Madonna single of the 1990s, the song talks about the importance of family, and despite Madonna's confessional stance at the time admiting that her childhood was less than peachy as far as relationships with her family, she expresses that they did in fact help make her who she was and that bond cannot be broken. Keep It Together returned Madonna to the top 10, peaking at #8, after Oh Father was her first since Holiday to miss that mark (#20). However, in Australia the song was released as a Double-A side with Vogue, resulting in a #1 hit Down Under. It also reached #1 on the Hot Dance Club Play charts in the U.S. There was no official video for Keep It Together, but upon the release of Madonna's documentary Truth or Dare, video chanels began playing her performance from the Blond Ambition Tour, which was the final encore of the show. Based on A Clockwork Orange, the number used Fosse-style choreography as depicted Madonna and her dancers as a tightknit clan. Enjoy the clip below. Happy Madonna Friday!!!
BRET MICHAELS HOSPITALIZED AGAIN AFTER "WARNING STROKE"
Rocker Bret Michaels has been put back in the hospital after suffering what doctors are calling a "warning stroke". He has been diagnosed with a hole in his heart, or a "patent forum ovale". As you recall Michaels was hospitalized twice last month, first for an emergency appendectomy, then a week or so later with a brain hemorrhage , but was making a pretty quick recovery and announced he would be attending The Apprentice finale and performing on the road again within two weeks. This setback sees him back in the hospital after experiencing numbness on the left side of his body, particularly in the hands and face. Bret's website says he is "up, walking, talking, continuing his daily rehab and very happy to be alive. He has made it clear he is sick and tired of being in the hospital and is ready to rock again." Take your time, Bret!! Your fans will still be waiting. They just want you to be healthy, then you can get back on stage and give us Nothin' But a Good Time!!! [source]

WARRANT ISSUED FOR LINDSAY LOHAN'S ARREST
SNAP! Judge Marsha Revel has issued an arrest warrant on Lindsay Lohan's azz for missing her mandatory probation hearing in L.A. this morning. Lindsay is in Cannes (supposedly) promoting her next film role as Linda Lovelace (a.k.a. diving into a pile of coke, nose first), and ALLEGEDLY lost her passport and couldn't make it back. She took herself down to the U.S. embassy to get replacement documents, but they couldn't get them to her until today. Boohoo. Although Lohan's attorney explained to the Judge that Lindsay "lost" her passport, the Judge gave that a HELL-NO! The arrest warrant was issued at 8:30 am and bail is set at $100,000. Lindsay is supposed to be back Friday, at which time she will be taken into custody. Maybe she should just move in with Roman Polanski. Just kidding. She's too old for him. [source]
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHER

I can't wait! Cher is truly an entertainer for all time. Happy birthday, Cher. You will live forever.
IS GLEE GETTING SOME SUBO IN THEIR CAFETERIA?
A while back there were all sorts of rumors that Jennifer Lopez was going to be appearing on Glee as a lunch lady, but looks like they replaced her with the next logical choice...Susan Boyle. If you can't get J. Lo, get SuBo!! EW reports that the Scottish singing sensation from X Factor is going to be donning the hairnet and gloves to join the cast for a Christmas episode next season. EW reports:
"Now, EW has learned a certain music (and YouTube) sensation may be appearing on the hit Fox series in a season two Christmas episode: Susan Boyle. The Britain’s Got Talent runner-up is conveniently on the same record label, Columbia, as the Glee cast. And who would Boyle play? 'I have two words for you: Lunch. Lady,' says Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy. 'I think Kurt would just die to give her a Christmas makeover. I don’t even know if she’s interested but it’s been pitched."
Why would they have a Scottish lunch lady? Why would Kurt hang out with her? Why get rid of J. Lo? These questions and more, next time on the SuBo report. I don't know. [source]

A LETTER TO THE DEMOCRATS FROM THE GAYS
This is freakin' awesome!! I feel the exact same way. Lots of lip service, very little real service. Read below a letter from CourageCampaign.org:
"Dear Democrats,
We need to talk.
This may be a hard letter to read, but I need to figure out if this relationship is still healthy for me.
For the longest time, I thought we had something special. Remember how much fun we used to have back when we were young, and control of the Congress and the presidency was just a crazy dream? You always used to ask me for help, and you knew I'd never turn you down.
You were so adorable when we were courting. Sure, you never really understood me, but I liked that you seemed to try. The White House cocktail parties were totally fun, and that Easter Egg Roll is something I'll always cherish. Or remember the time you let me march in the Inaugural parade! Other than that whole Rick Warren thing, I really thought we had a connection.
I know you kept telling me that you weren't ready for marriage, but I was willing to wait since you had promised so much else in the meantime.
But now, I've kind of had it. I'm just not getting what I need out of this relationship. You rarely call me anymore, and when you do it's to ask for money. We talked about joining the military together -- but now it seems like you are flaking on that commitment. You promised to protect me from the homophobes at work, but you don't seem to be in a hurry to actually do it. And -- that Department of Justice brief thing was just cruel. I'll never understand why you did that.
It almost seems like you're embarrassed by me in public. I know not everyone in your family approves of us, but before you got your new job, it seemed like you didn't care what they thought and were always ready to fight for me. Now, it's like you're a different person.
Please don't take this the wrong way. I still think we have a future. I want us to have a future. But I need this relationship to be healthy for both of us. And I just can't get excited anymore by your empty promises and half-gestures.
I need you to take a real step. You know what I'm talking about -- the Employment Non-Discrimination Act and repealing Don't Ask Don't Tell.
I still worry every day that I can be fired in 28 states just because I'm gay. And my friend who is transgender can be fired in 38 states. I know you can do it. You've helped protect people from employment discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, disability and many other characteristics. Each time me and my friend have been left behind. It's our turn. ENDA's time has come.
It's our turn to be welcomed into the military as well. I want to serve my country openly and proudly. I was so excited when you promised you would repeal Don't Ask, Don't Tell this year after 17 long years of putting up with it.
Now, I can't even get you to talk about DADT.
You promised to change. I know that you can. But why should I stand by your side when you can't keep your promises to me?
I get that you're scared. But I'm scared too -- scared of losing you. You need to prove to me that you really care. You need to finally give me the Employment Non-Discrimination Act and repeal Don't Ask Don't Tell, like you promised.
I have enough disappointments in my life. I need you to not be one of them.
Love,

HUNT'S KETCHUP REMOVES HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP FROM THEIR ENTIRE LINE OF PRODUCTS
This is amazing news. What a great way to set an example for other food companies. Hunt's, a giant in the food industry and most famous for their ketchup has announced that they are removing high fructose corn syrup (ick) from all of their products!!! Best part is, even with it being healthier, they are not rasing the prices. So you have no excuse not to eat at least a little bit healthier than before. Here is the statement from the company about their now 100% all natural product:
"OMAHA, Neb., May 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hunt's®, a ConAgra Foods brand, is pleased to announce that it has removed the high fructose corn syrup from every bottle of its ketchup products. Hunt's 100% Natural Ketchup brings forth the naturally rich tomato flavor of Hunt's tomatoes and contains only five simple ingredients: tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, salt and other seasonings, with no high fructose corn syrup, artificial ingredients or preservatives.
"In direct response to consumer demand(1), Hunt's is pleased to offer ketchup sweetened with sugar and containing only five simple ingredients," said Ryan Toreson, Hunt's Ketchup brand manager. LADY GAGA HELPS GET YOUTUBE KID SIGNED TO RECORD LABEL
Wow!! Lady Gaga is so fantasgreat!! Remember the little boy who became a youtube sensation singing Paparazzi at his junior high recital? Well Gaga was so impressed that she not only called the kid, 12-year-old Greyson Chance, when he was on Ellen, she has also seen to it that the young talented boy got his very own record deal!!! Gaga put Greyson in touch with her label, Interscope, and now he is about to blow up bigger than Justin Bieber (I bet). Chance's (apparently gossipy) sister Alexa spilled the beans to The New York Post saying, "He signed (with Interscope) but the managers said we really couldn't talk about it." So much for not talking about it. AND THAT'S NOT ALL... Apparently his new manager is none other than Guy Oseary, Madonna's manager!!!! WHAT???? This kid is gold! Good luck, Chance. (is that an oxymoron?) Watch Greyson tear up Paparazzi below. Truly amazing!! [source]
CATE BLANCHETT CONFIRMS THAT RUSSELL CROWE IS A DOUCHE
...in a nice way. The always classy and ultra-talented Cate Blanchett is out promoting Robin Hood, her film with Russell Crowe. While remaining a lady about it, Cate confirms that Russell's reputation as a Class-A butthole is firmly intact. Cate tells Parade.com, "Russell is not always easy. His reputation both as an actor and as an intimidating presence precedes him. But he's always after making the best possible film. I'm not backward in coming forward, so we had some, shall I say, robust conversations. When I'm working, I like to push it right to the edge. I believe if you're going to do something, you should do it all the way. Don't take a journey if you know you're going to be bored. As far as being competitive, I think the only useful competition I've had is with myself." Well, Crowe certainly CANNOT compete with Cate's talent, that's for sure. I haven't seen the movie and I remember upon seeing the trailer my first thought was, "damn, Cate! Now I'm going to have to see a Russell Crowe movie? C'mon!". Anyway, the movie is in theaters now. Cate is set to begin filming The Hobbit, the prequel to The Lord of the Rings trilogy, next month. [source]
SO JAMES BOND WALKS INTO A GAY BAR....
Sounds like the beginning of a joke, but he actually did!! Daniel Craig, the hottest James Bond ever, waltzed into a gay bar in Venice, California and enjoyed a drink and a show with a male friend. The L.A. Times reports:
"Come nightfall, just down the street at gay bar Roosterfish, 'James Bond' star Daniel Craig was spotted with a male pal, enjoying cocktails and a cover band. Dressed in a black suit, Craig greeted numerous fans and even attempted some dance moves."
And Kenneth in the 212 adds:
"Whether or not he is a closet homosexual I don't know -- although my source SWEARS he saw Craig making out with his friend on a street corner, and he WAS seen showing pictures of his cat to a fellow audience member. But this much is for sure: Daniel Craig has definitely been outed as a closet '80s-music lover, as he joined the G80's -- an all-gay-male '80s band featuring Matt McLaughlin (aka Bearlinda) on vox/guitar, Tommy Keene on lead guitar, Jim Laspesa (The Muffs/Dave Davies) at the drums and Chris Freeman of Pansy Divison on the bass -- on the chorus of the Split Enz classic 'I Got You.'"
OMG!! I LOVE 80s MUSIC!! I knew Daniel and I were meant to be. There have been gay rumors floating around about Craig for years, but one thing is for sure, he is a hot piece of azz!!!! [source]
MANCHESTER, ENGLAND POLICE RAISE GAY FLAG IN SUPPORT OF INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST HOMOPHOBIA
The police in Manchester, England are amazy!!! In support and recognition of the International Day Against Homophobia (IDAHO), the officeers at Chester House, lead by Assistant Chief Constable Terry Sweney, raised the rainbow flag outside the station. MenMedia reports:
"Assistant Chief Constable Terry Sweeney raised the rainbow flag at Chester House, the Greater Manchester Police HQ, saying there was 'still a great deal of prejudice to be tackled'. The Union Jack remained in place on the second flagpole outside the building in Old Trafford. It is the second year GMP hoisted the flags. Mr Sweeney said: “This shows Greater Manchester Police's commitment to ensuring everyone can feel safe in Greater Manchester. We know from the number incidents there is still a great deal of prejudice to be tackled, but we are determined to show our support for anyone who feels they have been targeted by hate crime. Our support for events such as Gay Pride and IDAHO demonstrates this commitment. I also feel that in terms of tackling homophobia within the force we have made great strides in recent years and our culture has changed for the better over the 10 or 20 years. What we want is for people to come to work and be themselves."
Wow! The officers in the United States could certainly take some training from their British counterparts. Here it is sometimes a fight just to get a hate crime recognized. Manchester sounds like my kinda place. [source and image]

CHRISTINA AGUILERA CLEARS THE AIR ABOUT LADY GAGA
Christina is setting the record straight about her feelings toward Lady Gaga. Instead of relying on reporters to quote her correctly Christina Aguilera took to her website to make the following statement:
"Dear Fans, I would like to take a moment to clarify something that has been brought to my attention this morning. It is very easy for comments to be taken out of context and create unnecessary drama-especially between us women. So I would like to tell you all directly so my words can not be misconstrued to sell someone else’s story…I have absolutely nothing against Lady Gaga or any other female artist in this business. I think she is great, and I appreciate any woman fearless enough to go against the norm. She has earned her success with hard work and a clear focus and I have nothing but respect for that. There is room for all of us on everyone’s iPods. This is not the first time I have been unfairly pitted against another female artist but it will be the last time I comment on the matter."
Nicely put, Xtina. You have got talent running out of your crack, so don't worry. Now get back to work on promoting your album Bionic! That's what you should be concentrating on.

THREE LEAKED TRACKS FROM CHRISTINA AGUILERA ALBUM LEAK
Three new songs off of Christina's upcoming album Bionic have leaked on the internet: Bionic, I Hate Boys and You Lost Me.
Bionic: Sounds like a Rihanna song. It's okay, not too exciting. I think she can do better than this.
Pretty generic sounding pop. She's gonna have to turn up the volume to compete with the ladies out these days.

You Lost Me: A ballad, so we get to hear those magnificent pipes at work. Hope there is more where this came from.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JANET JACKSON!!!
Super-legend Janet Jackson is 44 today! Janet truly changed the game with her 1986 album Control and has been a trendsetter ever since. Unfortunately her career hit a rough patch with "nipple gate" that it hasn't recovered from just yet, but her albums are picking up in quality again and there's no keeping a legend down. She is one of the most beautiful, innovative and talented artists of all time. Celebrate with some of J's biggest hits and most amazy vidoes. I love you, Janet. Come back hard and strong.

THERE'S A NEW GIRL (ON GIRL) IN TOWN ON ALL MY CHILDREN
Erica Kane (Susan Lucci) has had just about every major storyline imaginable in her 300 years on All My Children and in 2001 her daughter, Bianca, came out of the closet. The storyline was critically acclaimed by media as the first out, gay lead character on a daytime show. The actress who played Bianca, Emmy winner Eden Riegel, left the show last June after her character married her girlfriend Reese and moved to France. Well it seems the powers that be are ready to bring Bianca back, and with Riegel now on Young & the Restless, they recast Bianca with a young, up-and-coming star named Christina Bennett Lind (pictured). Primarily a stage actress, this is Lind's first major television role. What a great way to start!!! I can't wait to see where the show is going to take the character. Maybe Christina will continue the Emmy winning streak for the storyline. The actress who played Reese, Emmy winner Erica Braun, is also in talks to return to AMC.

KELIS' NEW CD, FLESH TONE, IS AWESOME!!!!
Kelis is hitting the clubs HARD!! Flesh Tone is straight up dancefloor ecstacy and there is no apologizing for it. The lead single Acapella is a good idea of what is coming your way. Kelis uses her usual sass to bump up the 9 tracks (each with short musical seques following) on the album. Standouts include 22nd Century, Acapella... ah, hell. It's all of 'em! Good, sweaty dance music is exactly what let's us all know summer is coming. Yea!!!! Check it out for yourself when the album is released on July 6th in the US or May 17th in the UK. HOT!!! Here is the stunning video for Acapella.
OF COURSE THESE LADIES ARE SINGLE...THEY'RE SEVEN!!
Watch these little girls (ho-bags-in-training?) work it out to Beyonce's Single Ladies. Will the versions never end? This is pretty good though. Inappropriate maybe, but good.

MADONNA FRIDAY: LIVE TO TELL
Madonna was making a transition in 1986 when she released Live to Tell. After the girlish voice and East Village clothes of the first two albums, Madonna dropped to her lower register and donned a simple dress and classic, Hollywood hair for the video. The song was written as a gift for Sean Penn's birthday and Madonna allowed it to be used as the theme song for his film At Close Range. (The song did CONSIDERABLY better than the film.) The change is image paid off as the song hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 on June 7, 1986, becoming Madonna's third number one on the chart. Madonna has performed the song in concert many times, most notably in the Confessions tour where it caused controversy as Madonna sang it while on a mirrorball cross with a crown of thorns on her head to make a point about the AIDS epidemic in Africa. You know, just a day in the life of Madonna. A classic song by any standard, Live to Tell is a standout in the arsenal of Madonna hits and really holds up well. Enjoy the beautiful Live to Tell.
