Brittany Murphy's husband, screen writer Simon Monjack, was under a lot of scrutiny after her death, deserved or not. Many of Murphy's friends claimed he was a bad influence on her and it was reported that he had shacked up with Brittany's mom. Well she was the one who found him lying unconscious in the Hollywood Hills home he once shared with Brittany. She called emergency services and it's believed he suffered a cardiac arrest.
