IS THIS THE SETLIST FOR MADONNA 2012 WORLD TOUR?

Nothing has been confirmed by Madonna's camp and she stated in a recent radio interview that things were still changing, but here is a preliminary setlist that some sneaky person put on line for Madonna's upcoming world tour. Now, I'm not sure if this is correct because she normally does A LOT more songs, segues and intros than this, so take it with a grain of salt. I like some of the surprises though (Gambler, Papa Don't Preach, Who's That Girl) and I assume that there will be more from MDNA added. Other rumored songs are Causin' a Commotion, Material Girl, Take a Bow, Celebration and Dress You Up. All good. All I know is I can't wait to see Madonna at Yankee Stadium. It's gonna rock!!!!

MADONNA ANNOUNCES 2012 WORLD TOUR DATES

Madonna has announced today that her 2012 world tour will begin on May 29th in Tel Aviv!! This, her ninth concert tour, will be her most extensive as far as the number of shows. Wow! She just does NOT slow down, this one. On this trek Madonna will visit Australia for the first time in 20 years, since her Girlie Show was famously filmed there and, according to Billboard, the show will touch down in "26 European markets, including London, Paris, Milan and Berlin, before hitting North American shores beginning Aug. 28 in Philadelphia. Twenty-six shows are planned for North America, including a Sept. 6 show at New York's Yankee Stadium, and an Oct. l0 performance at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Tickets are scheduled to go on sale beginning Feb. 10 in Tel Aviv and the U.K., with North American tickets going on sale beginning Feb. 13. Tickets for North America are available at Ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com." WOOHOO!!! The tour will be in support of her upcoming 12th studio album, MDNA. More like MDNYay!! So there!!

VIDEOS: BRITNEY OPENS HER FEMME FATALE TOUR

WARNING: IF YOU ARE A DIEHARD BRITNEY FAN, DO NOT READ THIS, BUT YOU CAN WATCH THE VIDEOS BELOW:
This is negative, and I'm sorry. For what it's worth, here are some videos of Britney's opening night in Sacramento on her Femme Fatale Tour. Arm-ography, half-assed backbends and head whipping were apparently the themes of the night for our Brit. I especially like the move where she walks up the stairs. Groundbreaking. And the flaccid lapdance was a nice touch as well. It's really sad to see her doing the choreography, or NOT doing it, to I'm A Slave 4 U. Why???? The costumes are not very flattering either. Time to cover up. I hate to say it, but stop performing on stage, sweetie. It's fine. I don't know who is forcing you to do this, but they should be brought to court immediately. I'm sure the people actually at the show had a good time watching all the pyro and dancers, but C'MON!

ROBYN & KATY PERRY SHOW LOVE

Awwwww. Robyn is currently opening for Katy Perry on her California Dreams World Tour and the two exchanged some twitter messages that are the sweetest!! Looks like some mutual lvoe and respect going on between the two pop princesses. Nice.

"@katyperry Thank you so much for having me on the tour. You have the cutest audience. And what a singer you are!

KYLIE MINOGUE DOES DANCING WITH THE STARS AND TALKS ABOUT US TOUR DATES

The always lovely and sexy Kylie Minogue performed her new single, Get Outta My Way, on Dancing with the "Stars" last night and appeared on Extra! to talk about the dates for her Les Folies Tour 2011 here in the U.S. Yay!! I saw Kylie here in NYC last year and her show was brilliant. Can't wait to see her again!!!! Here is Ms. Minogue's performance from DWTS last night.

REVIEW: LADY GAGA'S MONSTER BALL

OMFGaga!!! Lady Gaga pulled out all the stops in her first ever New York headlining show at Madison Square Garden, or as she rechristened it, Madison Square Gaga!!! That renaming was appropriate for last night because her fans came in droves ready to worship Gaga and hear her words of acceptance and independence. Each section of her show was a mini-musical in itself. A tad overindulgent? Sure. Worth the wait time between sections watching art films? You bet. Her voice was in great form, especially on hits like Speechless and Teeth, and her production values were through the roof. Choreography was spot on in Lovegame, Alejandro, Poker Face and other numbers, but what really captivates about Gaga, like her obvious comparison Madonna, is her ability to stand and deliver a song without bells and whistles. Her moving costume pieces on an angelic gown and headdress during So Happy I Could Die allowed her to just stand on a platform, sing and still hold everyone's attention. During a talk with the audience she told us that she hated the truth, she preferred a big dose of bullshit. She claimed she was "the most delusional bitch on earth", but there was no way she wasn't feeling the love last night. After appearing on stage in a bra that shot sparks out of her breasts during Paparazzi she told the crowd that when we tell people how she did we should say "she set the f*@king place on fire!"... and she did. Ending the night with a rocking performance of Bad Romance only left her little monsters begging for more. Gaga's show could use a tiny bit of tightening up, but it was a theatrical experience no one is going to forget. Bravo!!!

HOPE YOU DIDN'T BUY YOUR CHRISTINA AGUILERA TICKETS YET....

Cause she ain't going on tour no more. Christina Aguilera has announced that her summer tour has been cancelled to (supposedly) give her more time to rehearse and get it right. Some are saying poor ticket sales are more likely the culprit. Originally scheduled to kick off in July, the tour promoters, Live Nation, have pushed back the dates to 2011. Her spokesperson made the following statement:
"The singer felt she needed more time to rehearse the show and with less than a month between the album release and tour date this wasn’t possible."
K. If you DID buy tickets already, and you may be the only one apparently, you can get a full refund at your point of purchase. [source]

CHER PLANS TO TOUR AGAIN

Remember that two-plus year farewell tour? PSYCH! Cher is coming out of retirement to tour again. The 63 year old legend announced that she will in deed be taking her show on the road again after her stay at Caesars Palace's The Colosseum in Las Vegas comes to a close. Source say the "Believe" singer has been inspired to perform again from the work she is doing on the film and the soundtrack to her latest movie, Burlesque with Christina Aguilera. She plans to launch a new single, Already Been There, at the World Music Awards in Monte Carlo next month. Exciting!! The pics that have surfaced of Cher lately have been pretty awesome. Girl is looking GOOD!!! I will be seeing her when she comes to NYC for shizzle! [source]

NICKI MINAJ PULLS OUT OF RIHANNA'S TOUR. AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW HER?

Rihanna is going on tour with Ke$ha. That was enough to peak my interest. Then, come to find out, there was some other chick touring with them named Nicki Minaj. I have never heard of that person in my life. Apparently she is a rapper. Anyway, she released a statement saying, "Barbz I'm sorry 2 say I will not be going out on RiRi's tour. I've decided 2 use that time 4 the completion of my album. Hope u understand," Minaj tweeted (@NickiMinaj) Wednesday. "Thanks to Rihanna 4 being a sweetheart and extending this great opportunity 2 me. Support the show! Luv, HB." She is not going to promote her debut album by opening for Rihanna? Why was Rihanna having someone who hasn't even released an album open for her? Who's Barbz? An article for BallerStatus.com claims that Nicki's single, Massive Attack, has been getting a lot of attention..... ON LINE, so she is going to concentrate on finishing her album. Whatevs. Rihanna and Ke$ha should do fine on their own. Most of the pictures I found of her on the internet were so disturbing I can't put them on this blog, but here's one, and here's one . GROSS! Good thing she isn't on this tour. She makes Ke$ha look like Julie Andrews. [image]

I love the Dixie Chicks and the Eagles. It'll be a great night of singing along. I'll be drunk, by the way. [source][image]

LADY GAGA FANS CREATE A "GANG" SIGN

Lady Gaga fans to not mess around. We are serious and we are coming atcha!! Ha. Gaga's legion on minions known as "monsters" have adopted a gang sign to identify themselves as her followers. The "Monster Claw" is the "gnarled, palsied hand sign" that is being used from Lady Gaga's Bad Romance video. Apparently fans are throwing up the sign all through Gaga's Monster Ball Tour to show they are in the house. It's equivalent to the "rock on" sign you see at many heavy metal shows or the two-handed
"W" at Weezer shows. So if you see a claw in the air, claw back. Gaga is takin' over the world. [source][image]

WHITNEY HOUSTON ANNOUNCES "NOTHING BUT LOVE" WORLD TOUR

You're in for a night of talk-singing that you will never forget. Whitney Houston is packin' up her wigs and goin' on tour, y'all!! Houston is setting out on her "Nothing But Love" world tour in support of her comeback album "I Look To You". She will be starting in Seoul, South Korea on February 6th (I don't know why either). She'll hit Japan, Europe..... Oh, maybe they are booking the non-English speaking countries first so she can get all her crazy out before hitting England and the U.S. Whitney last time touring was in 1999 for her "My Love Is Your Love" album. Her first, self-titled album is also getting a re-issue for it's 25th anniversary with five additional tracks including a version of "I'm Changing" from Dreamgirls that was recorded back in the day. No U.S. dates have been announced as of yet. For a full list of dates go here. [source]

LADY GAGA HAS VERY SPECIAL GUESTS AT HER SHOW

Lady Gaga is doing a string of shows in her hometown of NYC (that I couldn't f*@king get tickets to!!) and last night she hosted some very special guests. On her twitter page last night she wrote:

" The team of doctors and nurses who saved my dads life came to the monsterball, one of the best nights of my life performing for u.Rejoice NY"

So sweet that she would think to give a shout out to the people responsible for her father's recovery. A class act, that Lady Gaga. Class Act!!
