As The World Turns in sadly ending it's 54-year run on television in September, but they are looking to go out with a bang!! Sources say that Julianne Moore, who appeared on the soap from 1985 to 1988, will appear in a cameo to reprise either one or both of the role(s) of Frannie and Sabrina Hughes that won her a daytime Emmy in 1988. CBS did not comment on the possible casting, but I bet they are working overtime to make it happen with the Oscar nominee. Apparently Moore has been fielding offers for work on the small screen (I'm guessing NOT soaps) since her turn as Jack's girlfriend on 30 Rock was a success. I'd love a weekly dose of Julianne!
