Everyone's fave teen from the 80s, Molly Ringwald, is 42 today! Molly was THE girl of the 80s, starring in a string of ultr-hip successful teen comedies such as Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, and The Breakfast Club. Though she never quite transitioned into adult roles fully, she did have a couple of hits with Betsy's Wedding and the show The Secret Life of the American Teenager on ABC Family.
