In the big scheme of things that a 16-year-old girl in show business could be doing, this one is not in the top 10, but nevertheless, Taylor Momsen was photographed smoking a cigarette on the streets of New York. The press has been ripping her a new tracheotomy hole about it, but I say rip her parents a new one. SHE IS 16!! Of course, left to her own devices, she is going to try to do what she perceives as "grown up", but with proper parental supervision, don't you think she would know better? These spoiled little kids being allowed to party with their older counter-parts and act like "adults" really just need a good spanking as far as I'm concerned. Taylor clearly has no boundaries at home, which makes room for her to be the next Tara Reid. They kinda look alike anyway. [source][image]
