TEXAS: GAY MARRIAGE MAY NOT BE LEGAL YET, BUT GAY DIVORCE IS
A Dallas judge recently ruled that two gay men who were married in Massachusetts COULD be granted a divorce in Texas because the gay marriage ban in Texas is unconstitutional. Nice! State Disctric Judge Tena Callahan said the ban "violates the constitutional guarantee to equal protection under the law". The men could only be granted a divorce in Texas because they had taken up residency there. Attorney General Greg Abbott said that he would appeal the ruling. [
