Billboard is reporting that Britney Spears song "3" will debut at the top spot on tomorrow's chart. She is the first artist in over three years to debut at #1 on the Hot 100. The song moved 255,000 downloads in it's first week of release. The song is a racy little number about having a three-way. Not the triple decker burger from McDonald's, that's her OLD three-way.
