ADORABLE!! DANIEL RADCLIFFE'S SNL PROMOS WITH JASON SUDEIKIS ARE HILARIOUS!

LOL!

SH*T NOBODY SAYS

I have not posted the "Sh*t ______ Say" videos because most of them aren't that funny or are racist in some weird way that people seem to think is okay, but THIS one is hilarical!!! Here are things NOBODY says. I especially like, "Twilight deserves on Oscar" "Whitney is funny" and "I miss Rosie O'Donnell". Ha!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MEL C!!!

Melanie Chisolm, aka Sporty Spice, aka Mel C is 38 today! The former Spice Girl has a lot to celebrate. Did you know that Mel has sold more than 12 million records as a solo artist and holds the third position for most United Kingdom number-ones by a female artist. She is also the only female to reach UK Official Singles Chart at number one as a part of quartet, quintet, duo and as a solo artist? Well, it's true. 2011 saw the release of her fifth solo studio album, The Sea, and Mel shows no signs of slowing down. Here are some of my fave Mel C songs (yes, I have all her albums, along with all the Spice Girls and their solo albums, so suck it) to celebrate her bday. Especially check out the wonderfully twisted third video below, Better Alone. Good stuff. Have a great one, Mel!

THE OFFICIAL NAME OF MADONNA'S NEW ALBUM IS....

....MDNA. What does it stand for? Is it "Madonna DNA"? Is it just an abbreviated version of her name? I'm sure we'll find out soon enough. Madonna revealed the name of her upcoming 12th studio album on the UK's Graham Norton Show today. While the name remains mysterious, Madonna did confirm that she will be touring this year, saying to Norton, "I just have to pay the rent. A girl has to make a living, but truthfully I do enjoy it. Touring is the most rewarding of all my jobs." It's rewarding for your fans too, Queen Madge. Now the album is set for release by Interscope records sometime in March and, as opposed to news from earlier in the week, it looks like the lead single, Give Me All Your Luvin' will be released to radio February 7th, just after Madonna's Super Bowl performance, and digitally thereafter. Everything's coming up Madonna!!!

SNEAK PEEK OF MADONNA'S INTERVIEW WITH CYNTHIA MCFADDEN ON ABC

ABC's Cynthia McFadden has officially become the luckiest person in the world. Over the last several years she has interviewed Madonna multiple times, going to her home and seeing things we mere mortals never encounter. Well this week she does it all again and then some. Looks like we are in for some kind of surprise AND Madonna is answering questions submitted by fans!! The process starts Thursday night on Nightline, with more to air on Friday's GMA and on 20/20. Check local listings, I'm not TV Guide! Here is a sneak peek at the FAB looking Madonna's interview. GAWD SHE LOOKS GOOD!!! 2012 is going to be ANOTHER Year of Madonna. Get on board. Enjoy it, mortals.

BARACK OBAMA SINGS BORN THIS WAY!!!

Well, thanks to some SUPER editing and a little autotune, The President of the United States is able to belt out a little Gaga. Watch this amazing video of Obama "singing" Lady Gaga's Born This Way. This took barackdubs a lot of time, people, so watch!! Now if we could only get Obama to actually ENDORSE marriage equality we'd be all set. C'MON, MR. PRESIDENT!

JUST BECAUSE: DOLLY PARTON AT THE PREMIERE OF JOYFUL NOISE

Say what you will and I don't care, I think 65 year-old Dolly Parton is just as fabulous as ever. Sure, if she has one more facelift she'll have a beard, but who cares!! Here is the American treasure all gussied up for her red carpet walk at the premiere of her new film with Queef (not changing that) Latifah Joyful Noise. Or as I like to call it, Please Don't. Don't get me wrong, I love Dolly and will watch her do just about anything, but I WILL NOT sit through another Queen Latifah movie. I refuse and you can't make me. So, no, that will NOT be me in sunglasses in full Dolly drag sitting down the row from you in the multiplex watching Joyful Noise this weekend. Don't ask. That sad person will just say, "No, I'm not me." Okay. SO here is one of just Dolly and one of her with The Queef wearing a VERY unfortunate dress. Enjoy??

FORGOTTEN CLASSICS: CYNDI LAUPER - BALLAD OF CLEO & JOE

Cyndi Lauper is one of the most underrated artists of all time. After her initial shot to fame with her amazing debut album, 1984's She's So Unusual, Cyndi scored about three for more ten hits and faded away from the pop mainstream. She has continued to consistently put out excellent music throughout her stellar career and this is no exception. From her 1997 album Sisters of Avalon, The Ballad of Cleo and Joe is a foot-stomping, dance club number and an ode to one of Cyndi's biggest supporters: Drag Queens!! The song takes us on the journey of a "working boy" named Joe who transitions at night to a "dancing queen" named Cleo. The song was ahead of its time and pure Cyndi. I adore it. The video, shot only to be shown in clubs, was filmed while Cyndi was about 300 months pregnant, and she uses her belly to great effect. Watch, learn and enjoy the excellent The Ballad of Cleo and Joe. Go, Cyndi!

MADONNA'S NEW SINGLE COMING JANUARY 15TH!!!! MAYBE...

According to DrownedMadonna.com, a pretty good source for all things Madonna, the Queen of Pop's new single, Give Me All Your Luvin', will hit radio and retail January 15th. In December NME had reported this news, but some sources were saying that the release wouldn't be until March. Now here is my problem. If this is an official single, which by all accounts it is, it's weird to release on a Sunday. Most new music is officially released for sale on Tuesdays, which would be the 17th. I don't know. I do think March is wrong for the single though because Madonna will be performing Give Me All Your Luvin' at the halftime show of the Super Bowl on February 5th, so she won't wait a month to release the single. I HOPE it's this coming week because then my whole week will be filled with Madonna loveliness. C'MON, MADGE!! LET US KNOW!!!

FLASHBACK: 'TIL TUESDAY

Before Amiee Mann became the indie-rock darling she is today, she was a pop singer in an up-and-coming band that started off with a pretty big bang, 'Til Tuesday. The group formed in 1983 and in about 6 months their song Love in a Vacuum was picked up by radio and they were on their way. Epic records signed them and they began recording their debut album, Voices Carry. The title song hit the airwaves and they were instant stars. Amiee had the obligatory 80s 'do and the band stayed in the background. Voices Carry was everywhere . MTV was playing the video, depicting Amiee in an abusive relationship with an a-hole who is trying to control her. The video helped the group win MTV VMAs Best New Artist. The bands next album, Welcome Home, was not as successful, but did contain what I believe is their best single, What About Love?. Not the Heart song. This is different and equally great. After that, the band didn't ever hit the top of the charts again and sort of quietly dissolved. Mann went on to personify the indie music scene and is still regarded as a goddess of that genre. Anyhoo, if you remember Voices Carry ( or as my husband thought they were saying "This is Scary") I'm sure you love it as much as I do, so watch it below and also their awesome song What About Love?. Have a wonderful Flashback day.

MORE NEW GOLDFRAPP: MELANCHOLY SKY

Another beautiful gem by the masters of electronic..... everything. Here is the track Melancholy Sky that will be one of two new songs, with Yellow Halo (click it) that I have featured on here before, on their upcoming greatest hits package due in February. These two songs remind me so much of their Seventh Tree album, which in my opinion is their best. It's hard for me to say that because ALL of their albums are exquisite, but that one just gets me!! The instrumental of the song Clowns from that album was my wedding song. Am I rambling? Here is Melancholy Sky. I can't wait to get my hands on these beautiful songs and the packaging for the greatest hits set. Goldfrapp are currently working on new music, so get ready 2012!!

MADONNA FRIDAY: BAD GIRL

(NOTE: IF THIS POST SEEMS A LITTLE ERRATIC, IT'S BECAUSE I'M UNDER THE WEATHER. EXCUSE ME FOR LIVING!) The fact that this song was never a GIGANTOID hit still bothers me to this day. Bad Girl was the third single from the superb Erotica album. Much like the album itself, the single did not receive the attention it deserved. YES, I'M BITTER ABOUT IT!!! The song peaked at #36. F-that!! Okay. I took a deep breath and I am calm now. The song is a ballad about a girl who is having a wee little problem with promiscuity. She is a party girl, sleeping with man after man (so far, so good) who is tired of her lonely lifestyle (okay. you lost me). The video is truly a masterpiece. It's a mini-film in itself with Madonna, looking drop-dead gorgeous, playing "Louise Ciccone", a business woman who is also a nymphomaniac, picking up men and keeping underwear in her purse and an extra suit at the office, just in case. Christopher Walken is her guardian angel/angel of death who is trying to save her from danger that is lurking in the city. Just watch and marvel. I would go as far as to say that Bad Girl is my favorite Madonna video of all time. I can watch it over and over. If you don't like it, you clearly cannot be trusted to make your own decisions in life. Here's Bad Girl.

MADONNA & KYLIE MINOGUE: TOGETHER AT LAST!

OMG!!! My dreams are coming true. Me, every gay guy I know and most of the rest of the world, that is. Kylie has been one of the biggest superstars in the universe for 25 years, and Madonna has professed her fan-dom before, so naturally she will be a part of a celebration honoring Minogue's amazy career. The two icons are finally going to work together for a special on Britain's ITV honoring Kylie's 25 years of international pop domination!!! I'm literally going to die when I see this. LITERALLY! This is the most exciting thing that's ever happened to earth. Now before we get our hopes up to high, Kylie did say on twitter that a "duet" was just a rumor, but that doesn't mean they aren't going to appear together and maybe the final planning is not done yet. IT'S GOT TO HAPPEN!!! Please!!! Apparently my life is very full.
