Lady Gaga is not going under the knife anytime soon. Tabloids have been reporting that Gaga was depressed about her image and was contemplating a full plastic surgery overhaul to change her looks. She was allegedly considering a nose job and breast implants. A spokesperson for Lady Gaga is putting the kibosh on those reports saying, "this is ridiculous and untrue." I hope so.
