Kylie Minogue remembers well the Summer of '83 when the German group Nena made 99 Red Balloons  a massive world-wide hit, so it's no wonder the Aussie superstar would pull out all the stops for her German fans at the Melt! Festival at Ferropolis in Germany. Kylie and her band learned the English version of the song, which hit #2 on the US Billboard Hot 100 in 1983, especially for the crowd, and they ate it up!!
