Made it Boston safe and sound. Doing the cleanse has been doable so far. Woke up and made juice for the hubby and I and hung with the family. Went with our nephews and niece to their swim classes, which was adorable, and then did a Whole Foods run for some sustenance. We also picked up 2 one-day Blueprint cleanses for tomorrow. We'll be pretty busy all day, so having those handy will be great. Had a nice nap in the afternoon and little snack to hold me over until dinner. Played with the kids some and kept hanging with family. We decided to go out for dinner and ended up going to a Chinese restaurant. My husband and I stuck to green tea, steamed vegetables and brown rice. It wasn't the most flavorful meal, but it filled us up and kept us on our path.
8:00 AM: Green juice
10:00 AM: Green tea
1:00 PM: Veggie salad
2:00 PM: Green tea w/ Stevia
3:30 PM: Rice crackers w/ guac & hummus
7:30 PM: Steamed vegetables w/ brown rice
