MADONNA FRIDAY: HUMAN NATURE

"I'm not your bitch, don't hang your shit on me." Yes, ma'am!! Madonna had just about had it with those persnickity critics that savaged her for her 1992 masterpiece Erotica. The press masacred the singer for being frank about sex and talking openly about sexual fantasies. Sooooo, on her next album, the less sexual 1994 Bedtime Stories, Madonna bit back. The song Human Nature puts those prudes in their place. With lyrics like "Oops! I didn't know I couldn't talk about sex" and "Express yourself, don't repress yourself", the song lets everyone know that Madonna is gonna be Madonna and if you don't like it, you can suck it! The video is definetly among Madonna's best. Directed by Jean-Baptiste Mondino, the clip features Madge is a skin tight latex, corn rows and dark makeup with dancers dressed similarly and doing S&M tinged choreography. Lots of sexual imagery. Even a few nice shots of Madonna in a black binkini. Girl looks good!!! It all culminates in with Madonna staring at the camera and saying, "Absolutely no regrets". IN DEED!
