And it's considerable. Ha. Gaga has PETA in an uproar with her latest photoshoot by Terry Richardson for Vogue Hommes Japan in which she is wearing a meat-kini. Shocking? Yes. Fierce? Definitely. Tasteful? Eh. PETA is coming out strong against the Paparazzi singer with their president, Ingrid Newkirk, stating:"No matter how beautifully it is presented, flesh from a tortured animal is flesh from a tortured animal. Meat represents bloody violence and suffering, so if that's the look they were going for, they achieved it."
While I agree that meat is usually produced in a less than humane way, did anyone ask if this was real meat? It probably is, but just in case..... Anyway, Gaga is always up for a shocker, so expect more covers that are even more TA-DAH than this.
