Lea Michele and Matthew Morrison are returning to their roots this Sunday when they will perform in front of their peers at the 2010 Tony Awards. Both actors are now starring on Glee (duh) and are Broadway vets as well. Lea has been in four B'way shows including Les Miz, Ragtime, Fiddler on the Roof and Spring Awakening, for which she was nominated for a Drama Desk award. Morrison appeared in Footloose, Rocky Horror and Hairspray. He was nominated for a Tony in 2005 for Light in the Piazza. Also performing are casts of "La Cage aux Folles", "A Little Night Music," "Fela!," "Memphis," "Million Dollar Quartet," "Ragtime," "Come Fly Away," "Everyday Rapture," "Promises, Promises" and "American Idiot" who will be joined by Green Day on stage. YEA!! Sean Hayes, currently starring in "Promises, Promises" and a nominee for Actor in a musical, will be hosting the show which airs on CBS this Sunday at 8 PM. Don't miss it.
