PREVIEW FOR NBC'S NEW SHOW, SMASH

Is this how Glee is going to die? It's a show about a behind-the-scenes look at the making of a Braodway musical about Marilyn Monroe. Whew! Sounds complicated, but it's actually not. This preview has got me HOOKED!!!! Watch Debra Messing, Anjelica Houston, Megan Hilty, Katherine McPhee and more in the amazing preview for Smash. The music sounds amazy, the performances look spectacular and I'm always on board with Steven Spielberg, the executive producer. I can't wait!!!

AVATAR ISN'T EVEN CLOSE TO THE BIGGEST MOVIE OF ALL TIME. CHECK THIS OUT

Avatar may have made the most movie of all time, but taking inflation and the number of people who have seen the film into consideration, it comes in at No. 26 overall. Wow!!! Think about it, how much to movie tickets cost now as compared to when you saw Titanic or can you imagine paying what people paid when they saw Gone With the Wind? Well, taking all that into consideration Gone With the Wind is still the No. 1 movie of all time. That movie played to sold out houses for YEARS! James Cameron's other classic blockbuster Titanic comes in at No. 6. Other biggies are a bunch of Spielberg productions: E.T. at No.4, Jaws at No. 7, Raiders of the Lost Ark at No. 16 and Jurassic Park at No. 17. So you see, Avatar has made assloads of money, but it doesn't mean it's REALLY the top grossing film of all time. Also, remember that movies used to cost much less to make, so their returns were ridiculous!! Still, over a billion dollars is certainly nothing to sneeze at.
