What's Up, written by one of today's top songwriters Linda Perry for her then-group 4 Non Blondes, was released in 1993 as the second single from their debut album Bigger, Better, Faster, More! and hit #14 on the Hot 100, eventually landing at #50 on the year-end chart for 1993.
